Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Bundle Fundraiser

Thank you for considering Western NY Produce, Inc. for your fundraiser. This program is a great opportunity to raise money for your organization while also supporting local farmers, small businesses, and our community.

Bundle Details

Each bundle includes a bagged assortment of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, approximately 7–9 lbs, packaged in a paper sack. During the holiday season, bundles can be dressed with bow and tissue paper for an additional $0.50 per bundle.

 Pricing

Your organization’s cost will be $16.00–$18.95 per bundle (pricing confirmed at the time of booking).
This includes one scheduled drop-off delivery to a location of your choice.

Because the product is perishable, your team or organization is responsible for distributing bundles to customers in a timely manner after delivery.

Suggested Retail Pricing We recommend selling bundles for $25.00–$30.00 each, allowing your organization to keep the difference as profit for your fundraiser.

 Fundraiser Setup Suggestions

To help your fundraiser run smoothly, we recommend:

  • Providing order forms for each participant/player (editable template available)

  • Placing your team or organization logo sticker on each bag

  • Setting a clear order deadline and delivery date

  • Using a two-part order form (one copy for the customer and one for the organization)

  • Electronic payment (Venmo, Zel)

Donation Bundles

If you choose to offer donation bundles, Western NY Produce can deliver those bundles directly to one designated donation location on a date of your choice.
Your organization will be responsible for contacting the donation center and coordinating the details.

 Ordering & Timeline Please contact Western NY Produce as soon as possible with your fundraiser start date and order deadline.

Final order totals must be submitted 10–12 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. 

Your organization is responsible for collecting all customer payments.
A one-time payment will be made to Western NY Produce, Inc. on or before the delivery date. Accepted payment methods:Cash,Check,Credit Card (3% processing fee applies)
